►Functionalities available in Mobile App :

1.Apply for new connection : Apply for New Electricity Connection in just 4 steps

2.Track New Connection Request : Status of New Connection application can be tracked using unique Application Id and estimate charges can be paid

3.Submit Reading : Submit own meter reading along with meter photo to avoid average billing, after receipt of SMS from Mahavitaran. Mahavitaran will send SMS, if meter reading is not made available by meter reader

4.Feedback: Submit ratings of Mahavitaran services in the scale of 1 to 5, where 5 means Outstanding and 1 means poor service

5.View/Pay Bill: View and Pay Electricity Bills using different payment options like

a.Net banking

b.Debit Card

c.Credit Card

d.Cash Cards

e.Mobile Wallets

f.Paytm

6.Update Contact details: Update Mobile Number,E-Mail ID & AadharCard No. of consumer

7.Register & Track Complaint: Register & Track Power Failure and Billing Complaints etc

8.History: View Electricity Bill history and Payments history

9.Add & Remove connection: Manage multiple electricity connections from registered account.

10.Customer Care: Call 24*7 MSEDCL Call Center

11.Nearest Locations : Find MSEDCL offices and collection centers near you

12.Estimate consumption and bill amount : Estimate consumption in KWH by providing details about usage of appliances. Also, know the approx. monthly bill amount for that estimate.

13.Get Information about the Feeder : Feeder is a line which transfers power to the consumer through a transformer. Know technical details about this feeder and outages planned in the future, if any.

14.Report Power Theft : Inform any suspected electricity theft activity in your area

15.Apply for change of name: Submit application for changing the registered name of electricity connection

16.Add/Reduce Load: Submit application for increasing/decreasing the load of electricity connection

महावितरण द्वारा उपभोक्ता के लिए आधिकारिक अनुप्रयोग (M.S.E.D.C.L.)। महावितरण उपभोक्ता अनुप्रयोग उसका / उसकी उंगलियों पर लाभ उठाने के लिए महावितरण सेवाओं उपभोक्ताओं सक्षम बनाता है। एप्लिकेशन सरल और प्रयोग करने में आसान है। यह उपभोक्ताओं के लिए सेवाएं प्रदान करने में पारदर्शिता प्रदान करता है।

मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन में उपलब्ध ►Functionalities:

1.Apply नए कनेक्शन के लिए: सिर्फ 4 चरणों में नए बिजली कनेक्शन के लिए आवेदन करें

2.Track नया कनेक्शन अनुरोध: नया कनेक्शन आवेदन की स्थिति अद्वितीय ऐप्लिकेशन आईडी का उपयोग कर ट्रैक किया जा सकता है और अनुमान शुल्क भुगतान किया जा सकता

3.Submit पढ़ना: औसत बिलिंग से बचने के लिए, महावितरण से एसएमएस की प्राप्ति के बाद मीटर तस्वीर के साथ जमा करें खुद मीटर रीडिंग। महावितरण संदेश भेजेंगे, अगर मीटर रीडिंग मीटर रीडर द्वारा उपलब्ध नहीं कराया है

4.Feedback: 5, जहां 5 बकाया का मतलब करने के लिए 1 के पैमाने में महावितरण सेवाओं की रेटिंग जमा करें और 1 गरीब सेवा का मतलब है

5.View / वेतन बिल: देखें और वेतन विद्युत बिलों की तरह अलग अलग भुगतान विकल्प का उपयोग कर

8.History: देखें बिजली बिल इतिहास और भुगतान इतिहास

9.Add और कनेक्शन निकालें: पंजीकृत खाते से कई बिजली कनेक्शन प्रबंधित करें।

10.Customer देखभाल: कॉल 24 * 7 एमएसईडीसीएल कॉल सेंटर

11.Nearest स्थान: खोजें एमएसईडीसीएल कार्यालयों और आप के पास कलेक्शन सेंटर

12.Estimate की खपत और बिल की राशि: उपकरणों के उपयोग के बारे में जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने के द्वारा KWH में खपत का अनुमान लगाएं। इसके अलावा, लगभग पता है। कि अनुमान के लिए मासिक बिल की राशि।

13.Get के बारे में फीडर जानकारी: फीडर एक लाइन जो एक ट्रांसफार्मर के माध्यम से उपभोक्ता को बिजली स्थानांतरित करता है। इस फीडर और कटौती भविष्य में की योजना बनाई है, अगर किसी के बारे में तकनीकी जानकारी को पता है।

14.Report पावर थेफ्ट: अपने क्षेत्र में किसी भी संदिग्ध बिजली चोरी गतिविधि को सूचित करें

15.Apply नाम परिवर्तन के लिए: बिजली का कनेक्शन के पंजीकृत नाम बदलने के लिए आवेदन जमा करें

16.Add / कम लोड: / बढ़ाने के लिए आवेदन जमा करें बिजली का कनेक्शन का लोड कम हो रही

1.Consumer पंजीकरण: मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से महावितरण उपभोक्ता पोर्टल के लिए साइन अप करें

2.Guest लॉगिन: देखें और वेतन विद्युत बिलों साइन अप करने के बिना

4.Forgot लॉगिन नाम / पासवर्ड: भूल खाते के विवरण पुनर्प्राप्त
